Project: Name, brand, develop and produce a set of three visually engaging, LA specific cycling maps.
This summer intern project with Bruce Mau Design allowed me to go on a two-wheeled exploration of some of LA’s most vibrant neighborhoods while keeping my eyes open for the best coffee shops, cafes and photo opportunities I could find.
In total, I explored four neighborhoods in the greater LA area: Downtown, Santa Monica, Silverlake/Echo Park and West Hollywood/Beverly Hills. I created each of the illustrations for these two guides (24 total), and almost all of the photographs are my own, taken on my Nikon D3200.
